- Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- A return will be accepted if the following conditions are met:

❌ Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used strips
- Products sent back without prior approval

- Reason for return
UPI ID (for Cash on Delivery orders)
- Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup and provide confirmation.
💳 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI only.

- Reverse pickup typically requires 2–3 business days after approval.
- Refunds will not be issued for products that are used, opened, or damaged.
- Returns or refunds without prior approval will not be accepted.
