🔁 Return Window

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • A return will be accepted if the following conditions are met:

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
  • Opened or used strips
  • Products sent back without prior approval

UPI ID (for Cash on Delivery orders)

  • Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup and provide confirmation.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI only.

  • Reverse pickup typically requires 2–3 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will not be issued for products that are used, opened, or damaged.
  • Returns or refunds without prior approval will not be accepted.
